Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
• Gift cards or digital purchases

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
